The factory covers an area of 3700 square meters and features complete production equipment, testing facilities, surface treatment workshops, assembly production lines, and a professional transportation customs declaration team. We have extensive experience serving industries including wind power generation, rail transit, aerospace, and engineering vehicles.
Currently, we operate over 150 production equipment including imported and domestic CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, punching machines, grinding machines, laser cutting, Sadik wire cutting, and drilling machines. Our processing precision reaches up to 0.001mm, enabling us to serve trading companies and domestic government units. We process various metal and non-metal materials including aluminum alloy, stainless steel, titanium alloy, magnesium alloy, zinc alloy, brass, iron, PEEK, POM, PC, and nylon.
Our services include CNC milling (three-axis, four-axis, five-axis), precise CNC turning, stamping processing, sheet metal processing, mold manufacturing, and various non-standard equipment small parts drilling and cutting services.
We employ over 260 long-term employees with China social security and more than 150 temporary operators. Our team includes 15 design engineers specializing in appearance and structure design evaluation, and 20 production engineers programming and debugging major machinery. Each production line has dedicated supervisors and QC team leaders to ensure efficient, high-quality production.
